If you are having trouble completing your registration, don’t worry. Here we explain what might be happening and how to fix it:
→ Incorrect Information: Make sure all the information you enter is correct and matches exactly what is on your identification document . Carefully check these details:
- Date of birth and gender: Ensure they match exactly with what is on your ID.
- Address: Confirm that your address is entered correctly.
- First and last names: They must match exactly with what is on your ID.
If there is any discrepancy or you are using an expired identification document, you will not be able to complete the registration.
→ Duplicate Registration: You may already have another registration initiated in our system. If so, complete the pending registration instead of starting a new one. 📝Tip: Check if the previous registration was made with a different email than the one you are trying to use.
🔔 Remember that to register, you must be 18 or 19 years old, depending on your province of residence and a resident of Canada (excluding Ontario).
