There are several scenarios that can cause an event or match you bet on not to start or finish as expected. Depending on the sport, the rules may affect your bet in different ways.
Here's what you need to know if you find yourself in this situation:
→ Event not resumed in 12 hours: If an event is suspended and not resumed within 12 hours from its start, all pending bets related to that event will be considered void. This means the bet is canceled, and the money will be refunded.
→ Event abandoned but already decided: If the event is abandoned but the result was already determined before the abandonment (for example, in the case of bets that had already been resolved), those bets will remain valid and will not be affected.
→ Bets on matches that do not take place: If the match or event does not take place (for example, if a team does not show up), all related bets will be declared void, and the money will be refunded.
→ Rescheduled or suspended events: If an event is suspended and is scheduled to restart from the beginning, all bets that have not been resolved before the suspension will be void.
If an event is rescheduled for more than 12 hours from the original date (due to weather conditions, public issues, etc.), the bets will also be void.
