¿My withdrawal request has been rejected, why?

Please note that all withdrawal requests go through internal reviews. If your request is rejected, we will inform you via the email address registered on your account and explain the reasons.

Some of the most common reasons are:

→ Mismatched information: The details entered when requesting the withdrawal do not match the information registered in your BetWarrior account.

→ Amount not wagered: You did not wager the full deposit amount before requesting the withdrawal. You can check this in clause 16.4 of the Terms and Conditions 👉 here.

→ Additional documentation: We may need to request documentation from you. BetWarrior does not require account verification to start using it, but your account must be verified before requesting a withdrawal.
