I am trying to upload the documentation from my account, but I get an error message

If when you try to upload your ID and proof of address through the web, an error message appears preventing you from completing the action, this may happen for the following reasons:

- The document size is larger than 10GB which is the maximum accepted by the system.

- The document does not have an expiration date. You should ask for help by sending the same documentation (ID and proof of address) to Customer Service Help@betwarrior.bet and we will do it for you.

Please note that the front and back of the ID cannot exceed 10MB between the two images.
