I requested a withdrawal, but I entered my bank details incorrectly. Can I change them?

If at the time of requesting a withdrawal you have discovered that any bank details were incorrect or invalid, we will ask you to contact customer service from the registration email, so that we can remove the incorrect bank details and then re-enter them correctly.
Please note that you will then need to request a new withdrawal, making sure to enter the bank code, branch, and account number.

Remember to make your withdrawal request through the same method you used for your deposit and to enter only numbers, no dashes, periods, commas, or blanks.
