We hope that you have a positive experience with us but should you wish to make a suggestion, offer your feedback or even raise a complaint, please contact the Customer Care team. They will do everything they can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may submit a formal complaint to the BetWarrior Management Team by emailing complaint@betwarrior.bet.
To ensure efficient handling of your complaint, please provide the following details:
1. Full name, client Identification Number, telephone number and e-mail address registered in your BetWarrior account;
2. Further details of the complaint, including times, dates, events and any documents or evidence you wish to rely on in support of your complaint.
3. The helpdesk ticket number allocated when the issue was initially raised with Customer Care;
4. An explanation of the reason for you not being satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation by Customer Care; and
5. Your expectation of how the complaint should be resolved. While BetWarrior will make every reasonable effort to address such requests, please note that BetWarrior is not obligated to take any action beyond what may be required by contract or legal obligation.
All complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days and you will be informed of the Management Team's decision promptly.
If following the decision of the Management Team, which shall be deemed to be final, the case resolution is still unsatisfactory, you can raise your complaint to gaming@gov.im and we will provide all the required cooperation.
