Temporary BetWarrior account balance discrepancies may occur if a game session ends abnormally due to connection loss:
• No internet connection
• The app reloaded during the game session
• The browser was closed during the game session
• Website is down
• The game session was left on standby for too long
• The game session crashed
In case of a lost or delayed connection, your balance might not show correctly for some time. Please rest assured that your funds can never get lost at BetWarrior.
In most cases, your balance will be updated as soon as the system restores the connection. In some major service downtime cases, the system may take longer (up to 4 hours) to process the abnormally ended game sessions and update player account balances.
In a very rare case, we would need to update your balance manually. If you have your account balance not updated after 4 hours, please contact our Customer Care for assistance.
