To request a bank withdrawal, open your account menu located on the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on the Balance button to access the payments area of the game. Note that you can see your account history from this page as well as Deposit or Withdraw by clicking on either one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
The Withdrawals page will show you the available pay-out options for your country and account. Keep in mind that you can only withdraw using the same payment method that you used for your deposit.

To make a withdrawal to your bank account (the same one you used to deposit) please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Enter the amount to be withdrawn by selecting one of the prefilled boxes or enter the sum you want in the Amount field.
Step 2. Enter the correct RUC or RUN document number in the Document Number field. Your RUC or RUN identification number should not exceed 9 digits (without spaces, dashes “-” or periods “.”).
Step 3. In the Bank Code field enter your bank´s code. If you are not sure what your bank code is, please refer to the list at the bottom of this page for a full list of your country’s bank codes.
Step 4. Enter your account number in the next field, choose between your Current account and Savings account and click the Withdrawal button at the bottom of the screen to submit your request.
