A system bet is a type of bet composed of 3 or more picks from unrelated events. It will give you a payout even if not all of your predictions are correct. System bets that may occur in your betslip:
- Doubles -asking for any 2 winning outcomes;
- Trebles - asking for any 3 winning outcomes;
- 4-folds - asking for any 4 winning outcomes;
- 5-folds - asking for any 5 winning outcomes;
- 6-folds -asking for any 6 winning outcomes;
- 7-folds - asking for any 7 winning outcomes;
- 8-folds - asking for any 8 winning outcomes;
- 9-folds - asking for any 9 winning outcomes;
- 10-folds - asking for any 10 winning outcomes;
- 11-folds - asking for any 11 winning outcomes.
Example A
You select 3 outcomes from 3 different events you can have the option to place a system bet consisting of 3 doubles. This means that you are placing 3 different bets combining any 2 of the selected 3 selections. This results in 3 doubles (i.e. 3 selections A, B, C, can be combined as 3 doubles AB, AC, BC in a system bet). Each time you may add another selection on your betslip the system bets that you can bet on will be updated accordingly showing you how many respective combinations result under each option.
Example B
You have now added 5 selections on your betslip (i.e. A, B, C, D, E) and you will have the option to choose your system bet types as following: 10 doubles (AB, AC, AD, AE, BC, BD, BE, CD, CE, DE) 10 trebles (ABC, ABD, ABE etc,,,), 5 fourfolds (ABCD, ABCE, ACDE, ABDE, BCDE) You can select how much you want to stake per each combination and this amount will be multiplied with the number of combinations occurring from your selections in order to give you the total stake of your system bet.
In Example A you have 3 doubles so if we put $1 per combination the total stake for this system bet will be $3 broken down as follows $1 on combination AB, $1 on combination AC and $1 on combination BC.
In Example B you have 10 doubles, 10 trebles, and 5 fourfolds, which means 25 different combinations.
You can either stake the same or different amount per each combination bet:
- betting different amounts per combination bet $1 on the doubles ($1*10=$10) , $2 on the trebles ($2*10=$20) and $3 on the fourfolds($3*5=$15), that would result in a total stake of $45 ($10 from the doubles, + $20 from the trebles, + 1$5 from the fourfolds);
- stake the same amount in all combinations for example $1 in all doubles, trebles and fourfolds that will mean the total stake of your system bet would be $25 calculated as follows:($1*10=$10) from the doubles + ($1*10=$10) from the trebles+ ($1*5=$5) from the fourfolds;
- you can choose to place either all combinations or some of the specific combination types that occur from your selections (ie. you can select to place only the doubles but not the trebles and fourfolds either; that would mean you have 10 bets in total resulting from the 10 doubles and not 25 as described in the scenario above.
In order to get a return on the above examples, you need to predict correctly at least 2 of the 3 selections in Example A and at least 2 of the 5 selections in Example B.
The total amount of returns deriving from a system bet may be higher or lower than the total stake of the bet. The returns will be calculated by multiplying the respective total odds and stake of each winning combination that occurs according to your selections. Once all outcomes are settled accordingly, all the winnings from the respective winning combinations will be added up to give you the total return of your system bet.
The potential payout shown on the betslip before placing your bet is the maximum possible payout of your system bet if all selections prove to be correct. To place a system bet you need to be logged in to your BetWarrior account and then you can choose your selections as you would do for a single bet and each of these selections will be added in the betslip.
Once you are finished with your selections, click on the System tab in your betslip and you will be able to see the respective combinations that derive from all your selections together. You can now enter the desired amount next to each system bet you want to bet on and you should be able to see your total staking amount and also the total potential payout. If you are happy with all the bet details appearing in your betslip you can now slide to place your system bet.
You can place system bets combining events from Pre Match or LIVE or even in both!
