‘‘Cashout’’ is a feature that will allow you to get money back on your bet before the event has finished!
The amount of money you get back will be determined at the time of cashing out and will depend on the likelihood of your bet winning at that time; therefore, it could be greater or less than the initial stake of your bet.
You do not need to wait for the match to finish to have the money in your account, Cashout is instant and your balance should be updated accordingly once Cashout is confirmed. Please note that Cashout is not guaranteed to be available throughout the entire event.
Please see the following 2 examples upon a hypothetical scenario:
You have bet $100 on the game Real Madrid – Barcelona, predicting that Real Madrid will win with odds of 2.50. This means if Real Madrid wins this game you will have $250 ($100 * 2.50 = $250) account having made a profit of $150. If the match ends up in a draw or if Barcelona wins you will lose your bet in full.
Example A (cashing out for more than your initial stake):
At half time, the score is 1-0 for Real Madrid. At that time the Cashout feature will offer you $190 to settle your bet, as the team you have bet on is winning and has higher chances now to end up winning the match. If you accept this proposal your bet will be settled as per your Cashout request and you will end up with $190 in your account at that exact moment irrespective of what may happen in the rest of the match.
Example B: (cashing out for less than your initial stake):
At half time the score is 0-1 for Barcelona. At that time the Cashout feature will offer you $30 to settle your bet, as the team you have bet on is losing and has fewer chances to end up winning the match. If you accept this ‘‘Cashout’’ proposal your bet will be immediately settled as per your Cashout request and you will end up with $30 in your account at that exact moment. In these hypothetical examples let’s say that the match actually finished 1-1.
In Example A: If you had not cashed out you would have lost your bet on Real Madrid and all $100 which you bet on. Now you have $190 on your account has still made a profit from this match.
In Example B: If you had not cashed out you would have lost your bet on Real Madrid and all $100 which you bet on. Now you have still $30 on your account having minimized your loss.
