Before making a withdrawal request you do need to pay attention to a few points, which we will explain further below;
1. You have your initial deposit amount on your account balance to be wagered at least once prior requesting a withdrawal. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions clause 11.13.
1.1. For instance, you make a deposit of $100, you need to make bets equivalent to the same amount of $100, so all the winnings and balance left on your account will be available to withdrawal.
2. Please note that you must withdraw using the same method as your deposit.
2.1. If you have more than 1 method you used on your deposit you will also need to use the same methods on your withdrawals requests, accordingly with the winnings for each of the deposits.
3. If you have any bonus currently activated on your account (even if it's not a bonus linked to a deposit), before requesting a withdrawal, verify the Terms and Conditions of the bonus to understand when you will be able to request your withdrawal without cancelling the bonus.
3.1. One of the main requirements of the bonus is that you must complete a rollover of the bonus amount that is usually 10 times the bonus amount for Sport's bonus and 40 times of the bonus for Casino.
3.2. As an example, if you make a deposit of $100 and you get a Sports bonus of $100, you will need to bet an equivalent of $1000 to be able to request a withdrawal.
3.3. If you make a request before completing the rollover of the bonus, this will be cancelled together with all the winnings you got using the bonus money.
3.4. Bonus money is considered both the deposit + the bonus, once the bonus is credited to your account, for instance, if you make a deposit of $100 and you get a bonus of 100%, which it will be another $100 of bonus, your total balance will be $200 of bonus money.
3.5. Once the bonus is cancelled (together with the winnings) due to a withdrawal request before the bonus, the requirement is completed, we cannot credit the bonus back to your account neither any of the winnings and this is also informed on our Terms and Conditions.
4. Make sure you inform the correct details of your account so the withdrawal is not rejected by the bank.
4.1. BetWarrior is not a bank institution, therefore we have a few financial partners that provide and regulates all the bank transactions in our behalf, so once we approve a withdrawal request, this information will be sent to our bank provider to be processed, although if one information is incorrect, the bank will reject the transaction and we will be informed about it.
4.2. For bank transfer you need to make sure you enter only numbers and do not include symbols as periods, commas, dash " -,.-/ " or blank spaces between the numbers (please check our FAQ page for all types of withdrawals per country).
